Pooping makes a difference? How to stay consistent

Hi everyone, I have been struggling with ww since January. In the past few weeks, I have been back on my best game for points and staying within my point budget relatively well. The first week I lost .4 pounds, the 2nd week I lost 1.6 pounds, but the third week tmi I wasn't able to poop before weighing in, so I actually gained all the weight back plus some (2.2 pounds).. I have noticed I haven't been pooping as much the past two weeks, and I am wondering if there is anything I can do to mitigate this issue.. or can I just continue to weigh in without pooping, and my weight will go down ?? I am just trying to see if staying consistent in my weigh ins, one way or another will still show a downward weight loss... granted I stay in my point budget..

EDIT: I missed my first in person WW meeting bc my friends car died, and called me. & I was talking to my coworkers during work about prunes, and they bought me unsweetened prunes today from target. also, FYI I’m pooping, I’m just not pooping before my weigh ins
