Why do I keep missing behind??

Hi guys please help me out! This is so frustrating.

So when I first started weightlifting a few years ago I kept missing in front from initiating 2nd pull too early or being too behind the bar. I used to tell my coach "man I wish I could miss behind. At least it's better than missing in front". Guess what? Now I've got my wish! I can't freaking stop missing behind! Out of 20 snatches around 85 - 90%, I might hit 3, 4 good lifts and the rest will be misses from behind. Even this 1RM attempt (110kg) I still missed behind. My coach thinks it's because the weight is not on my heels when I catch at the bottom so I'm not stable enough to receive it. I tried that but it just slowed down my 2nd and 3rd pull way too much so I don't think that's the culprit.

This all started around 6, 7 months ago and I don't even know how it started. I just kept missing behind more and more and now that's all I do. I know I am reinforcing bad habits but I don't know what the bad habits are or how to fix them. Please help! Thank you! 🙏
