Mass Gainers are not the way to go imo

So I have heard very mixed reviews about mass gainers. I originally thought it would be an easy way to get an extra 1000+ calories in my diet.

I have been using them for about a week and I have had some pretty awful side effects. Of course you mileage may vary.

Do they work yes, will I ever use them again. Most likely not. I will most likely just stick to my milk, peanut butter and raw almonds.

The amount of bloat I felt was incredible,

My stools were so hard it literally gave me a hemorrhoid.

If they work for you, please keep using them but I think I am going to have to pass moving forward
