Got this for Christmas- What is it?

At the risk of being bullied, I got this piece for Christmas and for the life of me cannot figure out how it's supposed to fit together. I've tried searching for this 'brand' and can't find anything. There were no instructions in the box.

I feel like an idiot and have just been smoking out of my normal hand pipe, but would love to be able to give whatever this thing is a go. Please help me internet strangers.
