Not having bridal party, but want to dedicate MOHs

So we’ve decided not to do a bridal party but I’d like to give a small gift and ask my two best friends to be maid of honor/matron of honor so they know how much they mean to me.

There wouldn’t be any specific dress or tasks, both are already helping me with wedding planning/listening to me complain lol. I do want to ask them to hang with me while I get ready and have breakfast with me, but that’s really it.

How would you phrase this? Honorary maid of honor? Co-maids of honor and just say we’re not doing formal wedding party? TYIA!
