What self care routines did you take up before your wedding to feel and look your best on the big day?

Hi yall! I’m in the middle of planning a wedding (September wedding) and curious what kind of things y’all are doing to feel and look your best on your big day. Right now I’m lifting heavy 4 times a week, running 4-5 times a week, hydrating like crazy, and taking it easy on the alcohol. These are all things that are part of my normal routines but I can’t help but notice that my skin’s a little dull and I’m mentally a little scattered sometimes. What are you guys doing to take care of yourselves?
