Save the date cards: where did you get yours and what did you like or dislike about it?

Just set a date and booked our venue. Thinking how to decide on save the date cards.

I was wondering if people here would be willing to share your choice in where you got yours or how you had them printed if you made your own design/art, and also whether you were happy with what you got for what you paid.
