Help me choose between two dresses!

Hello! I am in the 11th hour of needed to choose a wedding dress in order to have it shipped/altered in time for my wedding next summer. I am solidly torn between two dresses, the first with a more romantic/sexy vibe and the second more playful and flirty. I would appreciate any input! (Please note: I probably will line the first dress in alterations)

Wedding info: South of France wedding, summer and outdoor in a garden

Accessories: I am set on having a black velvet ribbon belt and a black headband. I also will have some pearl hair accessories integrated into my updo. The last photos show a strip of black to represent the black ribbon belt.

Price is not really a factor, but the second dress is a couple thousand less which doesn’t hurt.
