I need help choosing a dress!

I can’t choose! Please help me

Dress 1) I love the shape but the quality is thinner. I can’t tell if it’s a bit sheer in between the pleats (around my stomach area). I felt the fabric and it is thinner .. $1150

Dress 2) I like the shape a little less but the quality is good $1300
