Basically what I said in the title. There's this video game where this teen boy is super skilled in, and then it suddenly turns into real life. He gets his old skills and he turns into a beefcake. He gets a growth spurt. His sister is super weirded out by it too.

I also think that in the first episode he was bring bullied by his classmates and forced to give them healing potions in the game? Idk.
