I got pointed for calling off work yesterday. 1 point.

For being scared to drive in the ice/sleet at 4 in the morning.

Who would I call if something happened to me on the way to work? I drive a 2007 year sedan, not built for those conditions.

Forgive me for putting my wellbeing before Walmart. But it’s crazy I got pointed the same amount for someone just Not Wanting to come to work, because they don’t feel like it.

There was risk involved and I put my safety before clocking in. It’s so annoying man. Why did my store manager do that. I’m good at my job. Forgive me for missing a Saturday. I hate it here
