SAVE merger play

There is a merger in the works between Jet Blue and Spirit airlines, and Jet Blue is ending its relationship with American Airlines in order to help the Spirit merger go through. The offer to buy Spirit was for $3.8 Billion, and the current market cap is only about $2 Billion…

Seems like a no-brainer here unless I’m missing something?
