how can you automatically send an offer? (no personal info)

Hello, I'm wondering if there's a way to automatically send offers when someone adds my items to their favourites? I think it's happened to me when I added something to my fav, but maybe it's done manually.
As I'm thinking of selling more, I'm looking to make it easier for me haha
