Fried rice with JUST egg - can you fry them together?

Before I was vegan I loved fried rice (with egg) and I just realized that it must be possible to make fried rice with JUST Egg. But all the recipes I see on the internet are assuming you prepare the JUST Egg separately and mix it in with the fried rice afterward. But can't you just add the liquid JUST egg to the rice as it is being fried, to get this great mixture of egg and rice? Or does that not work well? Has anyone tried this?
