Reading time
How do you guys best distribute your reading time in exams with a multiple choice and short answer. I honestly feel like its most beneficial to just read and answer multiple choice in my head during reading time. This is because as writing time starts I'm immediately able to answer the first 20 or so questions in about a minute, putting me ahead of the others as I haven't read short answer. In subjects like Biology with extended case studies, I feel that even if I read the case in reading time, I often have to re-read it when I reach it again making that time wasted in reading time. It could be best to just spend a minute on short answer just to see mark allocation, but I really think just focussing on short answer is the strat. Really just trying to generate discussion and reassurance, does anybody else do this?
