Best place for an inexpensive massage?

I really need one but have no idea where to go. I always see those little spa places on side streets but never know if they are legit and/or clean. I just need a head/neck and back massage for some tension migraines due to stress from a chronic illness and the side effects from the medication for it. Looking for some place above 86th.
