Refund Policy - Basic Economy

Hiii! I am meaning to purchase a basic economy ticket from Toronto to Manila.

There's a $200 difference from Basic Economy to Economy (Fully Refundable).

There thing is, I wanted flexibility in changing my flight date.

Does Basic Economy offers credit to my united account? (Not refund to my payment method).

Or they do not offer these kind of option.
