plastic surgery for eyes?

hi guys,

my eyes are the worse feature of my face. they are very small compared to every other feature on my face and it gives me a more tired and masculine look. i also have a bit of ptosis. does anyone know any procedures that would make the eyes bigger horizontally or vertically? i’m desperate at this point
