Uber Pet driver upset I had a cat?

Hi everyone,

I'm a little confused by this experience and if any drivers can let me know if uber pet bookings don't show it's for pets?

I booked an Uber pet to take my cat to hospital today, when the driver arrived he seemed really annoyed and ignored my hello. When we got to the hospital he said "oh so you don't take the piss next time, don't book if you're bringing a cat"

I told him I booked through Uber pets and he paused for a bit then said "if you say so"

I'm confused. I 100% booked Uber pet, do drivers not see this? As far as I'm aware it's not just for dogs?
