Least favorite Twin Peaks character (aside from James and Leo)

Just have to get this outta my brain space!!

As many times as I’ve binge watched the first 2 seasons, over the years I’ve found a character that just irks me to no end. If their character was removed from the plot line entirely, it wouldn’t make any difference (only my opinion, of course.)
