Signals after separation

My runner TF broke up with me on this Saturday and on the Sunday I scared her a lot forcing her to talk with me knocking hard on her home's door. I've said a lot bad things trying to show her that she needed to treat me better and value myself more. Now I believe she thinks me crazy and toxic. But yesterday after weeks without seeing signals from the Universe, I saw my phone's battery when it was 69% when searching twin flames content, this number has a lot meaning for us because since we starting knowing each other this number was starting to show more and more on our lives. Also, when I went to eat I saw on the desk a tiny book about hope fully of positive energy, I had never saw that book on the desk. Maybe that's a signal from the Universe that I am on the right way?
