New turtle player questions

Hi guys this is my first time on a private server. Allways played wow on retail but i dont like dkpg and really like the idea of the server!

I want to donate a little to the server but i have some questions.

Does the mobile bank work between different characters? Or do you have to donate for each char?

What if you reroll you char do you keep the otems you bought?
