Help identifying this vinyl players cabinet!!

Listen y’all I don’t know any fancy words for this kinda stuff. My sister purchased a very old house with everything in it and since I have a minor interest in records and vinyl players I received this stereo cabinet. I can’t decide if I’m going to keep it or sell it still but I CAN’T find out what it is.

Any ideas?
