Hormone changes after surgery?

Hi, all. I’ll be 8wpo from my tummy tuck with MR on Thursday. I’ve noticed that ever since, every time I get my period I’m extremely light headed. Sometimes even short of breath. I also get a pretty widespread breakout on my chest just prior to menstruation. I’m wondering if it could be related to hormone changes due to the operation/stress from the operation? When the dizzy spells first happened, I went to the ER because my anxiety was so high. They ran bloodwork and did a scan of my head. Everything came back normal aside from a slow thyroid (which I’m now taking Levothyroxine for). I’m trying to be patient and see if my hormones will level out (if that even is the issue) but the light headedness is truly unbearable and I feel like none of the physicians I’ve spoken to are taking me seriously when I say it’s happening in sync with my cycle- I feel like something is truly off.
