Collaborative Playlists

So I've been wanting to make a collaborative playlist with a bunch of random members from a discord server, but I'm worried that at any moment, someone could easily come in and start deleting everyone's songs. Plus, to make it worse, I wouldn't even really have a way of knowing who's been deleting things, since there would be a lot of collaborators added.

I guess my question is just this:

Is there a way to add collaborators to a playlist but set it so that they can only add and remove their own songs, and not have permission to delete others' songs? I read one article that said this was possible, but when my friend tested it out, she was still easily able to delete my songs, so I'm a bit lost.
