VO2max very bad

Hi, im male 25 and in february I started running and now I already ran 4 marathons (PR 3:58hrs, im running one Marathon per month (trying to run 12 marathons in 12 months)). My problem is that my vo2max is not just bad it is "very bad". Im using the samsung galaxy watch 5 so I know it isnt 100% right but I cant believe it is that much wrong. At the beginning my vo2max increased (peak in middle summer at 46 and after my first marathon in september it went down constantly down from yellow to red without getting slower or having less fitness or anything. Do you guys had similar problems? Is it really possible to have such a bad vo2max and being able to run these marathons? Maybe I have to do an professional test to get my real vo2max...
