Colombia or Peru?

I plan on taking this trip in a couple months and plan to have saved around 3k. Flights to both are pretty cheap. It would be my first trip out of the U.S alone. Both look like really great places to experience but I can’t decide where to go. I’d imagine I could probably stay around 3-4 weeks with that budget. Any ideas?
