Another likely simple question

First off thanks to everyone who’s been helping me out this may well be the most actually helpful sub I have seen so that’s awesome.

My question is: clearly this 4L60E has been in and out before the shafts that need to be are filed down there’s some tool marks etc. I am mostly concerned with a few spots on the bell housing. It looks like the teeth from that large gear in front of the torque converter or a screwdriver used to pry something. Is this anything to worry about?
