HRT cycles

I’ve heard the term 'HRT cycles' used before, but I’m not sure if it’s the best term. If anyone knows a better one, please share! When I first started HRT, I heard about people experiencing symptoms like mood swings or PMS-like effects, but I don’t think I’ve experienced anything like that. The closest I’ve come is occasional soreness in my nipples. It makes me wonder if this is normal or if something could be off. Does everyone on estradiol experience these symptoms? Just to be clear, I’m not asking for medical advice—just wondering if this is typical.
