Can this be made into more American Trad?

Hi everyone, this is my first post on here. I got this tattoo a few months ago and I’ve been disappointed with it because I asked for an American traditional style two-headed calf but I don’t feel like it looks traditional at all as it has no shading. I want it to match the style of my rose you can see on my shoulder as well as all of my other American trad tattoos so I was wondering if you guys thought it could be shaded or changed in any way to look more American trady-? If not I think I might get it lasered off because I’m really not happy with how it doesn’t match my other tattoos. Thanks!
