drop your best sandwich recs please!

I have been making a sandwich with sourdough bread, deli chicken, pepper jack cheese, basil pesto, arugula, & honeycrisp apple everyday (all from tjs) and need to switch it up. I am going to tjs tomorrow, what should I get for sandwiches?!
