New to Warhammer, what's left for CA to "create?"

I picked up all three games on sale last November. Now I'm REALLY into the franchise.

Chaos dwarfs seem to be really interesting and newly added. I love the VC and tomb kings.

My question is, what is there left to add? Races, lore, heroes, etc. I ask because I saw a post for WH1 of the very first map. A few simple factions on a tiny map. Now look at us.if there is untapped content like chorfs left, then could we see a WH4?
