Wood elf or high elf?

Im a loser. With 50 hrs in wh1 300 in wh2 and about 100 wh3 i haven't completed a campaign once. Not even short victory conditions. I get bored but im still learning everything in general. I want to go all the way and pop my cherry. Looking at elf factions because of their versatility. Which one do I do
