After two initial HR screening calls, I did not hear back. How long should I wait before following up?

I had two interviews with HR last week with two different companies, and I thought they went well, but perhaps I gave too high of a salary range. But I did not hear back at all from either this week.

How long should I wait before I reach out to them?
