3 year old easily frustrated, doesn’t want to be taught, doesn’t want to listen.

Hi everyone, first of all my girl is amazing. Shes very bright, creative, kind & independent. I’m wondering if this is a phase, but Im having trouble supporting her.

She will not follow instructions. I like to show her how things might be done but that in itself is an issue (starts whining, complaining) I let her learn on her own but any inconvenience shes quick to put it down, throw, break, cry. I noticed that shes been avoiding things that nay deem “hard” all together. Its exhausting to co-regulate with her & also redirect her behavior to more positive outlets (stomping, drawing, breathing, jumping)

It’s been a mission to overcome this and I know it’s hard for her too. If theres any resources you’d like to share to better support us I’m all ears!
