Older gamer here (40); help me find something to replace Titanfall 1?

Titanfall 1 brought back a love of gaming to me. I had over 2000 hours in it combined with xbox and PC.

TF2 just didn't click for me. I enjoyed the sheer simplicity of TF1 - simple power up cards, took you straight into the action, no micro transactions, and crazy physics.

I played TF1 up until the end when there were no players on the servers anymore - a little over a year ago.

Hell, I even entertained the idea of reaching out to ppl on this sub to get a nightly thing going where we play TF1. Attrition or, gasp, frontier defense would be sooooo cool to have again.

Since we're in a drought for a new Titanfall, What are you playing nowadays that's replaced TF for you?
