Rear tires on a rental Suburban, non all wheel drive.
Flew up to Asheville Friday evening to visit family in Waynesville. Rented a suburban from Budget that had these tires on the rears. After complaining to Budget at the airport about the condition of the tires was told they couldn’t do anything to help because they had no alternatives available for rent. Lost traction several times driving through a snow storm driving less than 30 mph. Eventually gave up driving it and called corporate for them to come and tow the vehicle and give me a refund. Luckily was able to rent a jeep gladiator from another company that had beefy snow tires on it.
