[TOMT] Movie - Horror?

I'm looking for a movie with a scene where a girl that got kidnapped and tortured gets interviewed after being rescued. The girl is broken and doesn't know what to do without her tormentor anymore and kills herself shortly after the interview. During the Interview she scratches her head with her mutilated/missing hand. Anybody knows what movie that was?
