[PC][2010-2018] Pixel Game about Riding Dragon

This was on PC, or maybe mobile too, never checked. It was on the internet. My brother said it was on Silver Games or armor games, however i checked and it is not on there. It is a shooter game, or side scrolling, and you rode a dragon and shot at enemies, sort of like a horizontal Space Invaders. I believe it came out in 2010-2018, but i only played it in about 2017-2018. It was a pixel art game, but wasnt too pixelly. There werent any cahracters i remember, but i remember there was a person riding a dragon and you could upgrade them at the start of each game.
