Do you think the Gambler’s Den allows cheating?

I really want to hear everyone’s take on this. In my opinion, the answer is no. Hua Cheng seems to run the Den pretty straight forward (even though he’s rarely there, whoever runs it while he’s gone would follow his lead) and Shi Qingxuan says Heaven has no issues with how it’s run. I feel like they would be slightly more opposed to it if cheating was allowed or even ‘frowned upon but not banned’. I’m guessing part of the job of the attendants is to subtlety see if anyone is trying to cheat, and report it to the guards. If cheating is banned, what do you think the punishment is? ‘Lifetime’ ban?
