Question about skill passives

Do skill passives from your second offhand weapon benefit your main weapon? For example if my primary weapon is dagger, and I take the piercing strike passive from crossbow which “ increases bonus damage by 6” will this bonus damage AlSO apply to my daggers even though the passive is not part of the dagger passive skills. The same goes for ambidexterity from the crossbow passive skills “ increases offhand weapon max damage by 12” will this also make my offhand dagger do more damage??
