Alyssa and ketchup?

What the heck was that in that first segment where Whoopi was trying to wrap up the segment with a really good discussion about how deregulation can hurt us and then Alyssa has to go in and interrupt her in the last five seconds to make a statement about ketchup? That shady look that Whoopi gave the camera when she was doing it said everything. Alyssa is like a child sometimes it just has to make her point regardless of context.
