Spouse is addicted to Internet and activism

I’m struggling to find anything on the Internet that helps the spouse of an obsessed activist whose life seems to be consumed by being an Internet warrior and consuming vast amounts of political, cultural, religious news/blogs/social media posts, even a group chat. Please help! A book? An article? Something🙏🙏🙏
