Okay therapist friends, how are you preparing for election week? 🥵
I’ve done so much meditating, slow movement, reiki, water drinking this weekend.
I ✨did not✨ plan my week accordingly and have both Tuesday and Wednesday full of clients.
I have some election night trauma from 2016 that is both presidential race related and niche I specialize in related, so I’m just trying to hunker down in compassion for myself, for clients, for Americans in general. Plan on having some extra propranolol on hand for myself, buying whatever treats I want, go to a queer bar on election night, and just try to ride the chill wave.
But, I’m curious! How are you preparing?
