Permafrost chest piece?

I wanted to buy the permafrost set but I can't find where to buy the chest piece, am I just blind? The only store options I have are, Outfits, Hats, Glasses, Scarfs, Shirts, Pants, Masks and Shoes?

I know it was in the bundle but I missed it, am I screwed out of it?
