glitches for plot reasons?

The fact that Caine continues to glitch makes me think of the idea that it's not just for the meme, but that someone is trying to forcefully extract or crack the digital circus

Or that he is experiencing real technical problems or at least it is the one that makes us understand the third episode (when they tell him that he can't have good adventures) or that he is also programmed to do so and every function outside of it is prohibited, perhaps and broken and that's why it traps people.
