Hobbies

Since my TFMR, I've been eating too much sugar and also overspending. Trying to replace these bad habits with some healthier hobbies; if I try to do 'nothing' I doom scroll or dwell on our loss.

I just started needle felting - had a couple of cheap kits lying around and promised I'd work through my backlog before buying anything new. I'm finding it really therapeutic; it hurts like a mofo when I needle myself, but stabbing into the felt is calming and it's satisfying when things come together. Also really quick to see results.

I enjoy being out at my allotment (vegetable patch) and exercise - running/swimming - too. Getting outside is definitely good for me, so I try to get out at least once a day even if it's just into the garden.
