What Should I Watch Next?

Looking for something on the shorter side, 3 seasons or so.

Preferences include a focused story that advances through all seasons, a large cast of characters, some mystery and light romance, a high concept premise, and some balance between young and adult characters. Can be live or animated/anime, thanks.

For reference some of my favourite shows include Dark, Attack On Titan, Sex Education, Breaking Bad/BCS, Game Of Thrones, Chainsaw Man, Arcane, and Seinfeld.
