Is it easier if the eyepiece and finderscope is at the top or bottom?

I’m assuming that it would be easier if the eyepiece and finderscope are at the bottom of the tube as one will make less movement to switch looking between them. However, I find that the Celestron Astromaster 130EQ which is marketed and recommended by many as beginner-friendly, has both pieces at the top.

As someone who has never used a telescope, any advice?
