Is 3DS worth it?

Recently, I saw a second hand 3DS on online for about 80$. The 3DS will be build in 15 games out of my choice which I don't have to spend any money for the game cardtridge. Do you guys think it worth it? I mainly buy the 3DS for Pokemon series and Harvest Moon series.
